RESTAURANT PROTOTYPE DESIGNS

Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria is offering two Restaurant Models. A FULL Model & a PRONTO Model. One of the main differences is the size of the two models and the investment required for each of the two. Take a look at the two models outlined below to learn more.

FULL-SIZE BMPP MODEL

The FULL-SIZE BMPP MODEL is the large version of the two concepts at 2200 to 2500sqft. The focus is on Delivery, Carryout & Dine in. The full menu offering is available plus Beer & Wine and Catering. Seating for 25 to 35 inside and outside patio seating with TV's.

PRONTO BMPP MODEL

The MID-SIZE BMPP PRONTO MODEL is the smaller version of the concept at 1200 to 1500sqft. The focus is mainly on Delivery & Carryout with a much lower initial investment and potentially lower operating cost. It will offer Delivery and Carryout and a limited in store dining area with seating for 15 to 20. Beer & Wine(Optional) and Catering will also be offered.

  • Be the exclusive Pizza concept of the retail complex
  • School(s) within 1-2 miles
  • Trading area demographics to include commercial/office/residential
  • Median Household Income levels above average

MID-SIZE BMPP PRONTO MODEL

  • 1200 to 1500 square feet
